Tips:
Although the peanut butter made by yourself does not last long-it looks like a week or two at room temperature, and it should be better to refrigerate it. But it's easy to make, you can eat and cook as you like, I still like it very much. However, although the taste is good, the baby should not eat too much at one time to prevent food accumulation.
If you use more maltose and less boiling water, the color of the finished product will be darker, and vice versa, it will be lighter. I have tried both, see the finished product picture. Common peanuts are lighter in color, and red peanuts are darker in color.
