The five-grain rice can be replaced with ten-grain rice, brown rice and other materials. The mushrooms must be soaked before cooking. The wolfberry does not need to be cooked for too long. The pine nuts are added when eating to avoid softening and losing taste.

Ingredients

Healthy Five-grain Porridge

1. Wash all the vegetables. The yam does not need to be peeled (the skin is nutritious). Gently shave the hairs with a knife. Use a toothbrush to clean and cut into small pieces. Cut corn into pieces, shiitake mushrooms into cubes, and small cole end

2. Put the five-grain rice, diced yam, corn kernels, and diced mushrooms into the pot, pour the vegetable stock, simmer for about 15 minutes, add the wolfberry and small rape, and cook for 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. (There are many ways to make vegetarian soup, and you can also refer to the two methods I posted before)

3. When eating, put the five-grain porridge into a bowl and put pine nuts.

Tips:

Diced yam, corn kernels, and diced mushrooms can be fried in oil first, and then put in the porridge for a more fragrant flavor. If there is no vegetarian broth, it can be replaced with water and a little pepper (add or not add depending on personal taste)
