Healthy Five-grain Porridge
1.
Wash all the vegetables. The yam does not need to be peeled (the skin is nutritious). Gently shave the hairs with a knife. Use a toothbrush to clean and cut into small pieces. Cut corn into pieces, shiitake mushrooms into cubes, and small cole end
2.
Put the five-grain rice, diced yam, corn kernels, and diced mushrooms into the pot, pour the vegetable stock, simmer for about 15 minutes, add the wolfberry and small rape, and cook for 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. (There are many ways to make vegetarian soup, and you can also refer to the two methods I posted before)
3.
When eating, put the five-grain porridge into a bowl and put pine nuts.
Tips:
Diced yam, corn kernels, and diced mushrooms can be fried in oil first, and then put in the porridge for a more fragrant flavor. If there is no vegetarian broth, it can be replaced with water and a little pepper (add or not add depending on personal taste)
