Healthy Gluten Porridge

Wash kidney beans, lentils, coix seed, and brown rice twice with water. (Wash and soak overnight in advance)

Wash the papaya and kudzu root and cut into pieces for later use.

Kidney beans, lentils, coix seeds, and brown rice were soaked in water for one night. It was obvious that the beans had soaked very much.

Put the soaked whole grains, papaya and kudzu root, together with the water during the soaking into the rice cooker. The water should be 3 times that of the rice.

Cook for 2 hours and keep for 30 minutes until the porridge is sticky. Add appropriate amount of honey, milk or rock sugar according to personal taste.
