1. Prepare materials

2. Gelatine tablets are soaked in ice water to soften

3. Pour the whipped cream into a clean bowl, add in caster sugar and beat

4. Hit 60%, but it can barely flow

5. Take out the soaked gelatin slices and put them in a clean small bowl

7. Heat in a microwave oven on medium heat for about 30 seconds, about 40 degrees, and stir until the gelatine slices are incorporated into the yogurt

10. Prepare two 4-inch heart-shaped molds

11. Pour in the mousse carefully and shake out the bubbles gently. Keep in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours, preferably overnight

12. Take out the frozen mousse and turn to the plate. Use a hair dryer to blow off the mold

Tips:

Whipped cream can be separated from ice water, making it easier to whip.
Gelatine flakes can be replaced with isinglass powder, a piece of gelatin flakes of 5 grams.
The yogurt can also be heated by insulated water, as long as the gelatine flakes are completely blended into the yogurt.
