Butternut Squash Soup

I use an old pumpkin, the skin is yellow

Cut off the skin and cut into small pieces
3.
Wash and slice the mushrooms
4.
Fry the mushrooms on medium to low heat until golden on both sides, set aside

Save the base oil, add the pumpkin cubes and stir fry a few times

Add the fried pumpkin to a bowl of casserole, add some boiling water
7.
Cover and cook over medium-low heat

After the pumpkin is boiled soft, puree it with a food processor
9.
Pour it back into the casserole, add the water, salt and black pepper from the pumpkin, stir and heat until the consistency you like
10.
Towards the end, turn off the heat, add the cream, stir evenly, and put on mushroom slices for decoration.
Tips:
Pumpkins can also be steamed or bitten in the microwave. If it is for breakfast, cook it the night before, then puree it the next day, heat it, and add cream for 2 minutes!
