I made one portion, so I use the right amount of ingredients. Because my wok is not as easy to use as a frying pan, I use it all the time."

Heart-to-heart

1. Wash the liver and slice it for later use. Note: Buy the liver and soak it in clean water for a while

2. Cut red pepper, ginger, garlic moss, green onion sprouts and set aside

3. Put an appropriate amount of cooking wine and cornstarch soy sauce in the cut pork liver and mix well

4. Add oil to the pot, add dried ginger and chili until fragrant

5. Add pork liver and stir-fry until the color changes

6. Add garlic moss and stir fry together

7. Add the prepared red pepper and stir fry together

8. Finally, put in the fried pork liver, add the right amount of salt, soy sauce, garlic sprouts and stir fry together.

Tips:

Friends who can eat spicy dried chilies can put more in the last step. Because I don’t like soy sauce, I can freestyle if I don’t have a big home.
