High-fiber Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients: 100 grams of instant oatmeal, 70 grams of low-gluten flour, 30 grams of minced coconut, 30 grams of olive oil, 45 grams of milk, 1 egg. Cooking method: baking Reference moon age: 12M + time required: 20 minutes.

The thickness of the biscuits is different and the baking time is different. If it is 22 minutes, and it feels that it has not been baked completely, cover it with a layer of tin foil and bake it for a while.
