Hokkaido Meal Pack

Weigh all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine in the order of liquid first, then solid, put salt and sugar diagonally, bury the yeast in the flour, and start a 20-minute kneading program;

After the program is over, add 15g of butter and start a 20-minute kneading program;

Take out the dough and knead it manually for about ten minutes, knead until the dough can pull out a thin layer of hand mask;

Round the dough and put it in a clean basin, cover it with a layer of wet gauze, leave it in the oven to ferment for about an hour to double its size (finger sticks the flour in the middle of the dough, the hole inserted will not collapse or deform. Indicates that the fermentation is complete);

Exhaust the dough and round it;

Divide the dough into six equal parts, knead round and arrange in the baking tray;

Put it into the oven, put a bowl of hot water in the oven, and ferment for about 40 minutes;

The dough is fermented to 1.5-2 times the size, and the surface is brushed with a little water, and an appropriate amount of almond slices are placed;

Put it into the oven, baking mode, and bake at 150℃ for 15-20 minutes (after the color is satisfied, cover with tin foil);

Tips:
1. This time because I promised my friend to make meal packs and toast, I made twice the amount of dough at one time in order to save time. The lesson is that home-sized bread machines are very difficult to operate. This method is very undesirable!
2. Normally Hokkaido toast is added with egg whites. It takes more than one egg white to be enough. However, it is not easy to handle the extra two egg yolks each time, so I just add an egg directly, and the taste is not bad!
