Prepare the materials
5.
Pour warm water into the bowl, add fine sugar, stir and melt with chopsticks, and prepare the sugar water. \nPut the glutinous rice flour into a bowl of sugar water, stir it into a flocculent shape, and knead it into a dough. \nKnead into a smooth dough. (You can also leave a little sugar water, and add glutinous rice flour if there is too much water.)
6.
Take out the dough and knead it into small balls, about 20g. Knead all the balls. I like to put the stuffed bag in a little bit.\n Take a small ball out of the bag and put it in clean water and roll it lightly without too much water on the surface. \n -Put it into a bowl of white sesame seeds, roll and glue on sesame seeds. \n-Then hold it in your hand and roll it a few times to make the sesame stick a little tighter. \n
7.
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot. The oil should be able to cover the hemp dough. Turn on a low heat to heat it. When the oil is slightly hot, add the hemp dough. -After the hemp dough is shaped, use a shovel to push it evenly. \nWhen the hemp ball floats slightly, start to press repeatedly to each hemp ball with a shovel. (Hollow essentials: the pressed hemp ball quickly rebounds, continue to fry with low fire, repeat pressing until the surface is golden golden, and it will be swollen. It will take about seven or eight minutes.

Tips:
The dough must be soft or hard. If it is too soft, it will not be shaped, and it will collapse after being fried. If it is too hard, there is no way to blow up the hollow, it may burst. Be sure to make a small fire all the way. Don't fry when the oil temperature is too high. If the oil temperature is too high and the fire is too high, the surface will become mature, but the inside will be hard. \n
