Hollow Noodles with Mushroom Meat Sauce

Wash the cauliflower, blanch it, and remove it for later use.

Prepare the pork filling and chop the onion.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and sauté until fragrant.

Add the pork filling and continue to stir fry.

Cook in the soy sauce and add salt.

Prepare a bag of mushroom sauce.

Pour the mushroom sauce into the pot and heat it fully.

Put the cauliflower on it and stir fry a few more times.
9.
When frying the sauce, use another pot to cook the noodles.
10.
Just pour the prepared sauce on the noodles.
