Water spinach is a very common vegetable in summer, and it is absolutely delicious when paired with dried garlic chilies. The water spinach stalks are crisp and delicious, with a little convolvulus young leaves, and the aroma of garlic, which has a special flavor. The water spinach made in the microwave is no worse than the fried one, no oily smoke, convenient and delicious.

1. Wash the water spinach, select the tender leaves and stalks, wash and drain for later use

2. Add a proper amount of oil to the glassware, add 3 dried chilies, cut the garlic head into minced garlic, add a spoonful of mushroom sauce (or shrimp paste or spicy sauce)

3. Water spinach with drained water

6. Take it out and mix it again, it's finished
