Home-cooked Pancakes

Pour high-gluten flour into the basin

Add boiling water at about 80 degrees and mix the noodles

Knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and let for 20 minutes

Tips:
1. To make the noodles, use boiling water of about 80 degrees. If the water is too hot, the flour will have no gluten.
2. Don't roll the crust too thin. If the crust is too thin, there will be no layering.
