Home-cooked Salad

1. Tofu slices and sausages are cooked in marinade, (the sauce is according to your taste, I put sugar, soy sauce, five spice powder), shredded tofu slices, sliced sausages, set aside

2. Shred the onion, after boiling water (it won’t be so choking)
