Home Cooked Yellow Croaker

The yellow croaker is treated and cleaned.

Along the fish body with an interval of about 1.5 cm, cut a straight knife to the depth of the fish bone and fish body on both sides.

Spread the ginger slices, spread the cooking wine and marinate for 20 minutes.
