Home Cooking ~ Stir-fried Chicken with Cauliflower
1.
The spoon I use for adding soy sauce is so big. 😊
2.
Break the cauliflower into the size you like, add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and boil, put the cauliflower in the pot, cover the pot and cook for about a minute, then remove the cold water, drain and set aside.
3.
Add appropriate amount of water to the pot to boil, put the whole chicken offal, cover the pot, blanch the blood for two to three minutes, then remove it and rinse it twice with warm water.
4.
Cut chicken offal into slices, mince garlic, and shred.
5.
Heat the pot, add some cooking oil, then add minced garlic and ginger to fragrant.
6.
Put the chicken giblets and stir fry first, then add a spoonful of soy sauce and a spoonful of cooking wine, and stir-fry for about three or four minutes.
7.
Add cauliflower and stir fry, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence.
8.
It's perfect when you pick it up and serve it. 😊
Tips:
1. Soak the cauliflower in salt water before blanching, to force out the bugs;
2. The cauliflower blanching time is enough for about one minute, it will not be crispy after too long, and it shouldn't be too long to stir-fry.
