Home-made Red Bean Paste

Prepare a pot, soak red beans in water

After 12 hours, add brown sugar to the soaked red beans, put them in an electric pressure cooker, steam and stew for 18 minutes

If you like soft and rotten ones, you can take a little longer and press the red beans into puree.

Heat the pan into the oil, prepare to fry the bean paste

Stir-fry the red bean paste, the whole process must be low, otherwise it will burn

Stir-fry while pressing. Personally, I prefer thicker ones, so I didn’t use the cooking machine to break them.

Fry it into a non-stick pan, it's almost done
8.
Wait for it to cool down, not bad, original taste, punctual
9.
Now pinch it by hand, it can be shaped
