Prepare 10g bittern plus 100g water

Start cooking soy milk. At the beginning, the soy milk has a lot of foam. Don’t worry and cook it patiently. The foam will disappear after 5 minutes if it is not heat-resistant.

After cooking, add tofu until the soy milk tastes between 80 degrees and 90 degrees.
