Home-style Stir-fried Snails

Wash the snails and soak in 3 drops of oil for 1 hour to let the snails spit sand.

While soaking the screws, prepare the onion, ginger, garlic and other ingredients.
1. Mince the green onion, cut off the white onion
2. Divide the ginger and garlic into 2 portions, one portion for sautéing, and the other portion to increase the fragrance when starting the pan.
3. Mince pickled peppers, or chop peppers with dried peppers.

Then wash the snails and drain them for later use.

Add star anise, white onion, minced ginger, minced garlic and pickled peppers and sauté until fragrant.

Then stir fry the snails

Add cooking wine to remove fishy

Then add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

Add a small bowl of water, cover the pot and boil

Open the lid and collect the juice for about 1 minute.

Add sugar and stir-fry evenly, add chopped green onion and the remaining minced ginger and garlic, and the pan is done!

Tips:
*Snails are cold in nature, so be sure to cook them thoroughly!
*Chili can be increased according to personal taste.
