Homemade Autumn Pear Paste
1.
Prepare the ingredients you need. I used 2 Yali pears, about one and a half catty. The amount of autumn pear paste is relatively small. You can use 5-6 pears at a time to make a small bottle.
2.
Peel the pears and cut into pieces, use a food processor to beat them into pear paste, and add appropriate amount of water
3.
Put the pear paste in a casserole, add rock sugar and ginger
4.
Lo Han Guo, broken into pieces, pour into it
5.
Bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for half an hour
6.
The cooked color is darker, somewhat solidified
7.
Sift the boiled pear paste, leaving the autumn pear juice
8.
Continue to boil the rest of the juice over a low heat, and keep stirring with a wooden spatula until the soup becomes thicker and more viscous, and that's it.
9.
Leave the fire, let it dry until warm, add honey and stir, cool thoroughly and put it in an airtight jar. When drinking, take a spoonful and mix with warm water.
