Homemade Bayberry Wine
1.
The bayberry in my hometown is ripe.
2.
I drool when I look at it🤤.
3.
It's sweet.
4.
Clean and drain the water.
5.
In a clean, water-free and oil-free glass jar for soaking wine, pour a pound of bayberry and then pour 200 grams of rock sugar on top, then a pound of bayberry and then 200 grams of rock sugar (and so on).
6.
Finally, pour the sorghum wine, and the ratio of wine to bayberry is 1:1 and brewed for more than 1 month!
Tips:
The sweetness is based on the sweetness and acidity of the bayberry and personal preference to increase or decrease the rock candy!
