Homemade Bean Curd

We prepare a piece. Tender tofu, mine is peanut tofu. Polyester can also be used. We steamed it in a steamer on cold water.

In order to make it ripe quickly, we use a spoon to press it into a larger one. If it is steamed, it means that the tofu is full of steam.

Prepare a plate and put this steamed tofu. Crush it again with a small spoon. Scoop some steamed tofu water inside. Making it even and softer will make it more delicate.

Put this pressed tofu into a bowl. Soybeans, peanuts, mustard. This is based on personal taste.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion and top with your favorite seasoning. Stir it and eat it. I use light soy sauce and sugar for this. Chili oil, sesame oil.
Tips:
To make the tofu more tender, you must scoop a little tofu water.
