Homemade Braised Pork Intestines

Soak soy beans in hot water or boiling water. Cold water will take a bit slower and take longer, so I usually use boiling water.

Cut the fatty intestines into small pieces, add salt, a small amount of white vinegar cooking wine, add a small amount of water and soak for about ten minutes to remove the taste

Prepare the seasoning, make the chili into segments, cut the ginger into small pieces and add other flavoring condiments as shown in the figure

Wash the marinated fatty intestines and let them dry in a pot to heat. Pour directly into the fatty intestines and simmer in the oil. The fire does not need to be so large that there is no moisture

Pour in the mixture of lard and blended oil and heat it up, add the watercress and stir fry until fragrant, then add the prepared condiments and sauté

Add the fat intestines and stir-fry for about three minutes

Then add the soybeans, sauté and fry until three to five minutes, add water and braise in the pot, then add in oyster sauce to collect the juice, and finally add a small amount of chicken essence to serve.
Tips:
Let me talk about the fat intestines that are not easy to cook. If there is no pressure cooker, it will be more time-consuming. I was like this. It was braised for four or five hours.
