Homemade Braised Winter Melon

All kinds of ingredients are prepared.

Peel the winter melon and wash, cut into mahjong-sized pieces, and hit a cross knife on the side with the skin.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the star anise, and cook the ginger.

Fry the winter melon.

Fry on one side and turn it over.

After frying the two sides browned, pour in steamed fish soy sauce.

Stir fry until the sauce is full of ingredients.

Stir-fry slightly, add proper amount of water and salt.

Tips:
1: Winter melon with a flower knife is to better absorb the umami flavor of the shrimp skin during the burning process.
2: When frying winter melon, fry it slowly.
3: The shrimp skin used by the wizard is unsalted. If it is salty shrimp skin, adding salt should be considered as appropriate.
