For breakfast, I often make a sandwich that my family loves. It is wasteful to throw away the cut bread every time I make a sandwich. It is slightly processed to make bread crumbs. It is convenient and affordable to make fried chicken and pork chops.

Ingredients

Homemade Bread Crumbs

1. Side with leftover bread

2. Cut into small pieces

3. Put it in the microwave for about 2 minutes

4. Take out and let cool

5. When it feels crunchy after cooling, put it in a blender and crush it

6. Strain it with a strainer, and put the large pieces back into the blender to mix and filter again.

7. Put the filtered bread crumbs in a clean, dry jar and seal it up. You can take it and use it when you fry the food.

Tips:

Don’t set the time of microwave oven too long, it will be muddy. It depends on the power of your own microwave oven. It’s best to set it for about 1 minute and take it out and then slowly increase it for tens of seconds. After processing, use a clean one. The sealed jar is easy to use, convenient, economical and clean.
