Homemade Bread Crumbs

Side with leftover bread

Cut into small pieces

Put it in the microwave for about 2 minutes

Take out and let cool

Strain it with a strainer, and put the large pieces back into the blender to mix and filter again.

Tips:
Don’t set the time of microwave oven too long, it will be muddy. It depends on the power of your own microwave oven. It’s best to set it for about 1 minute and take it out and then slowly increase it for tens of seconds. After processing, use a clean one. The sealed jar is easy to use, convenient, economical and clean.
