Sometimes when making deep-fried food, you need to wrap the surface with bread crumbs. I used to buy it in the supermarket. After I learned how to make bread, I basically never bought it. The method is very simple. You can do it with two birds with one stone. If you do too much at a time, you can freeze it in the refrigerator and take it as you need it.

Ingredients

Homemade Bread Crumbs

1. Unfinished bread leftovers.

2. Peel off the skin of the bread and cut into small pieces. (You don’t need to peel the crust, depending on your preference)

3. Put it in the baking dish.

4. Put it in the oven and bake at 170°C for about 10 minutes. The bread cubes are ready to bake.

5. Put it in the mixing cup. (Play less at a time)

6. It is the bread crumbs when it is stirred into powder. If there are large lumps after pouring out, put it in and stir again. (The degree of fineness of the powder is based on your preferences and needs)

Tips:

If you do a lot at a time, you can put it in an airtight box and put it in the refrigerator for freezer storage, and take it as you use it.
