Homemade Bread Crumbs

Cut the bread slices into cubes. It’s best to remove the side of the bread slice. I didn’t remove the side when I started making the bread crumbs. The bread crumbs are darker in color.

Toast the croutons on a low fire

Use a spatula to bake while turning over, making sure that there are no blackened ones

Use a rolling stick to roll the toasted slices of bread

You have to go over it several times and continue to bake the bread that has not been crushed into breadcrumbs.
