Homemade Brown Sugar Bean Paste
1.
Wash the beans and soak for 1 hour
2.
Put it in a pressure cooker, the water is 2cm below the beans
3.
Turn on the power and set the time to 30 minutes
4.
After the air in the pressure cooker is exhausted, open the lid and crush the beans with a spoon
5.
A small amount of oil in the wok, add the crushed beans to the medium and low heat and fry slowly. When the fry is dry, add the brown sugar and continue to fry slowly.
Tips:
1. Pour out the water used to soak the beans to get rid of the astringency;
2. If the beans pressed by the pressure cooker have a lot of water, you can pour the water and press them with a spoon or directly use a cooking machine to puree them;
3. Adding a small amount of oil during frying can make the bean paste look more moist, so you must sauté slowly;
4. If you like the delicate taste, you can peel it with a drying net.
