Kapok Lean Meat and Dampness Soup

1. Prepare materials

2. Except for dense dates, rinse the soup and soak for 15 minutes

3. Wash the lean meat and cut into large pieces

4. Put all the ingredients in the hot pot

5. Add some cold water

6. Bring to a boil, use a spoon to skim the foam on the noodles. Cover the lid and cook for 1.5~2 hours

7. Add seasoning after cooking

Tips:

Kapok has a lot of impurities and must be soaked and cleaned
