Tips:
1. Pay special attention to the ratio of fairy grass powder to water. I use highly concentrated fairy grass powder. Each pack of 50g needs 15 kg of water. According to this ratio, I made 20g this time and I added 3000g water. The finished product is crystal clear, classic coffee color.
2. Xiancao is a traditional Chinese medicine. It has a bitter taste and a bit sour taste. So I added 20g white sugar to adjust it, and it feels good. If you like the original flavor, you can do without sugar.
3. The boiled grass should be filtered, so that the finished product will be smooth and smooth.
