Homemade Canned Fruit

Wash the pineapple and cut into small pieces (wash with cold boiling water), drain the water for later use; boil some boiling water to cool the spare glass airtight jar, put it in a boiling water pot and boil, disinfect!

Divide the pineapple evenly into each bottle, add rock sugar, and pour water (the height of the water is preferably 1-2cm from the bottle mouth)

Put the cap on the bottle without fastening it; then put the canned fruit in the steamer filled with cold water

Turn to medium heat and steam for 15 minutes

Lift the lid! Tighten the cap immediately through the cloth (gloves) (be careful to prevent burns)

Out of the pot! After cooling, the flavor will be better when refrigerated
Tips:
1. The cooking time should not be too long! Otherwise it will affect the taste of the fruit
2. Tighten the lid immediately after cooking, otherwise the heat will dissipate! The canning fails. After the successful canned fruit is cooled, the bottle cap will be tightly adsorbed on the can, so that the canned food is not easy to deteriorate.
3. Other fruits can also be prepared in the same way (pears, loquats, peaches, etc.), and the sweetness should be adjusted appropriately! very simple.
