Tips:
1. The line sauce can be squeezed after the last layer of dough is fermented, and it can be baked directly after squeezing. Because the line sauce has butter, it cannot be refrigerated and will solidify. If it is solidified, it needs to be heated to flow before operation.
2. When the baking is halfway, you can cover with tin foil to prevent the color from zooming seriously.
3. After baking out, cool down slightly to slightly heat, and store in an airtight bag. Bread cannot be refrigerated, it can only be stored at room temperature or kept in the refrigerator. For frozen bread, take it out and re-bake for about five minutes after warming it up.
4. If the dough is too sticky, you can put a little oil on your hands before kneading, the dough will not stick to your hands.
5. You can cut the middle of the bread but don't cut it. Remember to squeeze the whipped cream from the middle and sprinkle a little powdered sugar on the middle of the bread when it cools. Put all two strawberries on it, which is the perfect decoration.
6. You can use bean paste, lotus paste, coconut paste, jam, pork floss, etc. as the filling in the bread, as long as you like the filling.
