Homemade Cold Skin

1. Raw material: sweet potato starch, mung bean starch

Tips:

If you like thinner ones, you can add less starch slurry, so the cold skin will be thinner. Don't steam it for a long time, just see the starch bubbling, and steam it with a cover. Interested friends can adjust the ratio of starch and water by themselves, so that cold skins with different transparency and different hardness will be created.
