Homemade Cumin Powder

The ratio of cumin to cumin is 10:1

Mix cumin and fennel, and rinse with water

Remove and control water

Without adding oil to the pot, pour the cumin grains over a low heat and start to stir fry

Stir fry slowly until it turns slightly yellow and smells fragrant. Turn off the heat, don’t fry it.

Tips:
Season with cumin, and the amount should not be too much. Cumin is hot, so you should eat less in summer. People with constipation or hemorrhoids should eat little or no food.
