Cumin, also known as fennel fennel, is called "cumin" by the Uyghurs. It comes from Central Asia and Iran, and is only produced in Xinjiang in my country. It is mainly used for seasoning, extracting spices, etc. It is a must-use top-grade condiment for roasting and roasting food. The taste and flavor are extremely unique, rich in oiliness, and aromatic and strong. Cumin is also one of the main raw materials for preparing curry powder.

Ingredients

Homemade Cumin Powder

1. The ratio of cumin to cumin is 10:1

2. Mix cumin and fennel, and rinse with water

3. Remove and control water

4. Without adding oil to the pot, pour the cumin grains over a low heat and start to stir fry

5. Stir fry slowly until it turns slightly yellow and smells fragrant. Turn off the heat, don’t fry it.

6. Pour out and spread to cool

7. Put it in a food processor and beat it into powder, put it into a small bottle and seal it for storage, and take it as you eat.

Tips:

Season with cumin, and the amount should not be too much. Cumin is hot, so you should eat less in summer. People with constipation or hemorrhoids should eat little or no food.
