Homemade Daily Nuts
1.
Prepare all kinds of dried fruits.
2.
Wash the walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, and cashews with water, and then dry them, not too long.
3.
Bake them one by one and fragrant. (The following temperature and time are for reference only: raw walnut kernels at 150 degrees for 10 minutes; raw cashew nuts at 160 degrees for 15 minutes; raw pumpkin seeds at 140 degrees for 6 minutes; cooked almonds at 150 degrees for 6 minutes; cooked hazelnuts at 150 degrees for 6 minutes)
4.
Take a small amount in turn and put it into a small food bag, each taking 8-10 grams.
5.
One pack a day, it tastes great.
6.
I also made another daily nut (walnut kernels, almonds, peanut kernels, pumpkin seeds, raisins, dried cranberries, corn chips).
Tips:
1. The temperature and time of the oven can be adjusted flexibly.
2. The cleaning time should not be too long, otherwise the drying time will be very long.
3. The taste can be adjusted by yourself, and you can add your favorite seasonings.
