Recently, I have been thinking of making skin jelly. Yesterday I went to the market to buy some pig skins. I made them this morning when I had time. Pulling pig hair and scraping grease are all tears, but the finished product is not bad. like to eat. The chili sauce that was topped was bought with cold dishes, and it tasted pretty good. "

Homemade Delicious Skin Jelly

1. Wash the pigskin and set aside.

2. Use tweezers to remove the hair from the pigskin.

3. Turn it over and scrape the fat from the pigskin with a knife.

4. 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, a few slices of ginger and star anise.

5. Put the pigskin into the pressure cooker, pour the cooking wine, ginger slices and star anise, without pressing the valve, boil on high heat, and cook for 3 minutes.

6. Put the cooked pork skin into cold water.

7. Take the pigskin out and scrape the grease again.

8. Wash it, put it in the pressure cooker, do not depress the valve, boil on high heat, and cook for another 3 minutes.

9. The pigskin was taken out of the pressure cooker again and put in cold water. Scrape the grease again.

10. Cut into strips with a knife.

11. Chopped pig skin.

12. According to the ratio of 1:2.5, the pigskin and water are poured into the pressure cooker, and the appropriate amount of salt is added. After the high heat is boiled, turn to medium and low heat and cook for 45 minutes, then turn off the heat, wait until it cools, and pour it into the crisper. (You can put it in the refrigerator, take it out when you want to eat, and just cut a piece)

13. The chopped pig skin jelly is topped with soy sauce, fuel consumption, a little salt, garlic, chili, crushed peanuts, and green onions. The seasoning is very delicious. (Time is tight, I put the chilli oil from the cold salad, and it tastes good.)

Tips:

1 It is more troublesome for me to make it. I shaved the grease 3 times, it tasted cleaner and tasted better. 2 The ratio of pigskin to water is 1:2.5.
