Homemade Delicious Youth Group

Originally, Qingtuan was made with mugwort leaves, but when I saw these it was when the Chrysanthemum vulgare came out, so I used this to select the leaves of Chrysanthemum chrysanthemum and wash them.

One pack of glutinous rice noodles and one package of japonica rice noodles. I used about 350 grams of glutinous rice noodles and 200 grams of japonica rice noodles. If you put more glutinous rice noodles, the taste will be softer and glutinous, while the japonica rice noodles are more elastic. Prefer discretionary dosage.

Since I didn’t have time to take photos, I can only give a brief introduction to the homemade red bean paste. I put a little more water this time and made it thinner. Generally, I put a small amount of red beans in a pressure cooker and cook for 15 minutes. It looks just fine. Put a little more sugar on it, crush the boiled red beans with a juicer, put an appropriate amount in the pot, and fry the ground bean paste for a while and it will look like the picture above. Generally, the finished product is relatively dry, so you must not put too much water when you cook the red beans.

The temperature of the vegetable juice must be kept between 60-70 degrees. If the temperature is too low during the crushing process, you can go to heat it, then add 350 grams of glutinous rice noodles and 200 grams of japonica rice noodles, and mix them quickly. When steaming the Qingtuan, be sure to underlay the gauze, wait for the breath to put the Qingtuan in, and steam for ten minutes. (Be careful not to put it too crowded when steaming, or it will become swollen. It's squeezed into a ball,) It will be easier to take when the youth group is cold, and then wrap the plastic wrap one by one. It is really good to eat as a snack!
