Homemade Dried Longan

Fresh longan 2 kg. In fact, you can buy more. Only one layer of fruit dryer is used for this amount.

Peel the longan.

Then use a knife to core, try to maintain integrity.

Boil a pot of water, turn off the heat when it boils, and add longan meat to the water.

Get it up immediately.

Pour into the dried fruit rack.

Start the fruit dryer and air-dry at 65 degrees.

Tips:
It is not suitable to tow the water for too long, and it can be picked up immediately after putting it in the water.
