Stewed Quail Eggs with Longan and Yam

The yam is peeled and cut into pieces and soaked in clean water for a while to remove. Wash the lily and remove the pit from the red dates.

Put ingredients 2 into the pot together, add appropriate amount of water, and boil for 15 minutes;

The quail eggs are boiled and peeled, and the longan is peeled and set aside;

Tips:
1. Quail eggs contain high protein, cephalin, lecithin, iron and vitamins. However, quail eggs are too high in cholesterol and should not be eaten more.
2. Longan can be replaced by dry products.
