Homemade Dried Pineapple

After buying the peeled pineapple, rinse it with clean water and cut into slices about 3-4 mm thick (not too thin, it is easy to burn)

Put a high-temperature tarp on the baking tray, put the cut pineapple slices on it, put it in the middle of the oven, turn on the hot air function, and bake at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes (it is best to turn over once in the middle)

Then move to the egg tart mold and bake for 50 minutes at 110 degrees (it doesn’t matter if there is no egg tart mold, I think the flat-bottomed flowers are just as beautiful)
