[homemade Energy Bar] Oatmeal Crisp

Tips:
1. Make sure that the oats are mixed evenly and are moistened by honey and corn oil;
2. After the oatmeal is crispy and roasted, simmer for a few minutes and then take it out, the taste will be more crisp;
