Homemade Fresh Soy Milk

Soak half a bowl of soy beans in water for 6 hours or one night, it will make a big bowl

Wash the soybeans, then pour them into the food processor, and pour two bowls of water in the same bowl. Turn on the juice.

It can be turned off once a strong bubble is formed.

Pour into the pot together with the okara foam. Bring to a boil over high heat. Be sure to stir up the foam while cooking. After boiling, change to medium and low heat for about 15-20 minutes. At this point, you can smell the fragrant sweetness of soy milk.

Prepare a large bowl and a colander. As shown in the picture, use a colander to filter out the dregs of the boiled soy milk. The fresh soy milk flows into the bowl.

My husband said that Okara is edible, but I threw it away if I didn't know how to make it. Next time.
