After the dough is formed, feel the oil while continuing to press until the dough is smooth

Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let stand for 1 hour

Press the dough into wide strips, cut them into strips, stack two pieces and stretch them, put them in 200℃ oil, and put them in high temperature. The chopsticks are rolled repeatedly. If the heat is too high, you can turn it to a low heat.

When the golden brown is fried, you can remove the oil control and enjoy it
Tips:
1. The dough must be pressed hard, the softer and smoother the dough, the better it will be;
2. The oil temperature of the fried dough sticks must be high when they are put into the pot, and then they can be adjusted to medium and low heat to avoid over-frying.
