Homemade Fruit Jelly
1.
The gelatine slices are cut into strips.
2.
Add an appropriate amount of cold boiled water or soak in ice water to soften.
3.
Peel the fruit and cut into pieces slightly larger than peanuts. It can also be made with canned fruits.
4.
Heat coconut water in the microwave for 1 minute, then add sugar and stir until melted. Let cool until slightly hot, do not hot, do not exceed 50 degrees.
5.
Squeeze the soaked gelatine dry, add coconut water, and stir until melted. If the temperature of the coconut water is too low to melt completely, it can be heated in separate water, but the temperature should not be too high.
6.
Pack the fruit pieces into jelly boxes.
7.
Put the coconut water into the jelly box, then refrigerate for several hours until the jelly is set.
8.
After the jelly is set, you can take it out and eat it.
Tips:
1. Put the fruit as you like, as long as it will not oxidize and change color after cutting. It can also be made with canned fruits, all cut into small pieces.
2. Gelatine should be soaked in cold boiled water or ice water first. If gelatin powder is used, a small amount of water is needed to heat it over water to melt.
3. The temperature of the juice should not exceed 50 degrees, it feels a little hot, too high temperature will affect the coagulation. It can also be operated with water-proof heating.
