Homemade Ginger Bean Paste

Rinse the ginger beans and soak for about 3-4 hours, add water to the pot and cook for about 40 minutes

Cook until the red ginger beans crack and become rotten after a pinch.

Put the cooked red beans in the food processor

Beat into a puree and pour into a bowl

Prepare oil and crushed rock candy
6.
Pour the red bean paste and rock sugar into the pot and fry on medium heat

Add oil three times when frying

Stir-fry until the red bean paste is dry, not too dry!

Put the fried bean paste into a bowl, it tastes very good!
