Homemade Gotan Peel

First wash the hawthorn

The following is to use a flat bakeware or other container that can be flattened. I operate directly on the stainless steel countertop, scrub the countertop clean, and apply a thin layer of salad oil.

Spread the hawthorn mud that has been dried to warm on the countertop and try to smooth it out. Do not exceed 3mm, it is not easy to dry if it is thick.

Now the temperature is relatively low, it will take 3-4 days to dry. Seeing that the epidermis is dry and not sticky by hand, it will be dried and can be easily peeled off from one side.

Lift up lightly from one side and roll into a roll, you can enjoy the deliciousness.
Tips:
1. Don't be afraid of trouble in making fruit tannins. Kerneling is a troublesome job. It must be cleaned out, otherwise it will feel like teeth after the cooking machine is broken.
2. Spread the boiled hawthorn sauce as thinly as possible. If it is thick, it will not dry well. You can also use a scraper to scrape the thick part out during the cooling process, and spread it out as smoothly as possible.
