Homemade Grapefruit Tea

One grapefruit, wash and peel off the skin.

Remove the tail and cut the skin with a knife.

Then peel off the grapefruit flesh.
4.
Cut the thinly sliced grapefruit peel into thin strips.

Use a casserole or other boiling pot to add about one liter of water, put rock sugar and salt to a boil, turn to a low heat and simmer slowly. When the temperature of grapefruit tea drops below 30 degrees, add honey.
Tips:
The grapefruit peel has a bitter taste. If time permits, it is best to soak the grapefruit peel in water for two days before making grapefruit tea. The grapefruit tea will not be so bitter.
