The winter in the north is always dry because of indoor heating, and people get angry easily. Buy a big grapefruit and eat the fruit. The grapefruit peel can be made into a health product that relieves cough and moisturizes dryness. It has the best of both worlds. "

Homemade Grapefruit Tea

1. One grapefruit, wash and peel off the skin.

2. Remove the tail and cut the skin with a knife.

3. Then peel off the grapefruit flesh.

4. Cut the thinly sliced grapefruit peel into thin strips.

5. Use a casserole or other boiling pot to add about one liter of water, put rock sugar and salt to a boil, turn to a low heat and simmer slowly. When the temperature of grapefruit tea drops below 30 degrees, add honey.

Tips:

The grapefruit peel has a bitter taste. If time permits, it is best to soak the grapefruit peel in water for two days before making grapefruit tea. The grapefruit tea will not be so bitter.
