Homemade Hawthorn Cake

Wash the hawthorn.

Remove the head and tail of the washed hawthorn. Put it in a pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and cook until the hawthorn is cooked.

Strain the hawthorn residue with a sieve.

Add 250g of rock sugar to the filtered hawthorn juice.

Boil until the rock sugar melts and the hawthorn juice is sticky
