Homemade Honey Beans (rice Cooker Version)
1.
Wash the red beans and soak them in water for more than three hours;
2.
Add the covered red beans to a height of about 1cm;
3.
Start the bean-cooking function of the rice cooker, select the 6-level pressure or the direct cooking function;
4.
Filter the remaining water after cooling;
5.
Pour the filtered red beans into a bowl;
6.
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of sugar and stir evenly;
7.
After stirring evenly, cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to freeze the sugar overnight;
Tips:
1. The more fully soaked the red beans, the shorter the boiling time. If the temperature is relatively high, it is recommended to refrigerate if soaking for a long time;
2. The rice cooker can directly cook rice or stew in a casserole without the function of cooking beans;
3. It will be more convenient to put it in a sealed box. You can put it in the freezer if you make too much, and just thaw it when you use it.
