Homemade Hunan Chopped Chili Sauce

Wash the fresh red peppers and let the water dry

Chop the dried fresh red pepper
3.
Put the cut red peppers into a clean, oil-free and moisture-free basin

Add the right amount of salt, and stir the white wine evenly

Put the mixed peppers into a glass bottle (or jar)

Store in the refrigerator freezer or in a cool and dry place
Tips:
1. Be sure to use fresh red peppers.
