Homemade Hunan Chopped Chili Sauce

1. Wash the fresh red peppers and let the water dry

2. Chop the dried fresh red pepper

3. Put the cut red peppers into a clean, oil-free and moisture-free basin

4. Add the right amount of salt, and stir the white wine evenly

5. Put the mixed peppers into a glass bottle (or jar)

6. Store in the refrigerator freezer or in a cool and dry place

Tips:

1. Be sure to use fresh red peppers.

2. It is important to wash the peppers and dry them with moisture. If the chopped peppers are mixed with raw water, they will easily become sour, moldy and rot.

3. Put more salt and wine, which is conducive to long-term maintenance.
