Homemade Japanese Rice Cake
1.
Oil the glass lunch box for use
2.
Add a small amount of warm water to the glutinous rice flour several times, and then knead it into a loose dough
3.
Take about 50 grams of glutinous rice dough and add it to boiling water and cook until it floats (it will float when cooked)
4.
Add the cooked dough to the raw dough and knead it into a smooth dough
5.
Add the dough to the greased lunch box and smooth it with a spatula
6.
After the lunch box is covered with plastic wrap, add it to a steamer boiled in water and steam for about 25 minutes (the container is different, the time is slightly different, poke the rice cake with chopsticks, it means it is cooked)
7.
Take the rice cake out of the steamer and cool it down until the rice cake is hard, then cut it into a suitable size.
